Terms & Conditions
Payment
A 25% deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. Payment can be made via Zelle, Venmo, credit card, or cash.
Cancellation & No-Shows
The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel, fail to show up, or if it becomes impossible for the Provider to render services due to your fault, you are not relieved of any payment obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rescheduling
Up to 3 reschedules are allowed via the link provided in your confirmation email. Reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled shoot time.
Copyright & Usage
The Provider owns all copyrights in any work produced pursuant to federal copyright law. You receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered photos for personal use with attribution to the Provider.
Artistic Release
The Provider has final say regarding aesthetic judgment and artistic quality. You acknowledge you have reviewed the Provider’s portfolio and have a reasonable expectation of similar style. Dissatisfaction with the Provider’s aesthetic judgment or artistic ability is not grounds for a refund.
Liability
Maximum damages in any claim relating to this agreement shall not exceed the total cost of services. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Provider and its affiliates for any injury, property damage, or liability arising from the services.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond their control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, or other force majeure events.
Exclusivity
No other photography service providers, paid or unpaid, are permitted to provide the same or similar services at the shoot location and date.
Conduct
You agree to provide a safe and appropriate working environment. The Provider reserves the right to end coverage immediately if circumstances present a threat to safety.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Illinois.
